In the organization field, our interventions cover all aspects of organizational development (see glossary) in three distinct phases:

1. Reviews and audits, identifying key organizational problems and malfunctions
Reviewing or auditing organizations
Analyzing business processes
Auditing or assessing efficiency

2. Change or improvement recommendations
Defining priorities
Verifying feasibility of recommendations
Analyzing the impact and consequences

3. Assistance to implementation
Selecting and training staff
Supporting management in motivating staff
Testing and following-up implementation of change
Adjusting change measures whenever necessary

We are also active in project management, either to act as your project manager / leader or to teach you the art and science of project management.

We use the GDPM (Goal Directed Project Management) methodology. It is in the pubic domain and our client can use it with no other cost than their training.
